Privacy Policy
Vioré is a small-batch hair and beard care brand. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us or join our list, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
The short version. We collect your email if you join the list, and your name, address, and contact details if you place an order. We use that to send you products and updates. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we never see your full card number.

What we collect
Information you give us
- When you join our list: your email address.
- When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number if you provide one, and what you ordered.
- When you contact us: whatever you include in your message, such as your order number and any photos you send about a damaged or incorrect order.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under their security standards. We never receive or store your full card number. We can see only the information Stripe shows us about an order, such as the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically
Our host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the time you visited. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not run Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or any other advertising or analytics tracker, and it does not set cookies of its own. Our host and Stripe may set cookies that are strictly necessary to operate and secure their services.
How we use your information
- To process your order, take payment, and ship your products
- To send you order confirmations and tracking information
- To answer your questions and resolve problems with an order
- To send you restock notices, new product news, and offers, but only if you joined our list
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop:
- Stripe processes payments and handles your card details.
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the email address you submit through the signup form.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS receive your name and address so your order can be delivered.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Marketing emails
If you join our list, you can leave at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email shopvioregrowth@gmail.com and we will remove you. Leaving the list does not affect emails about an order you have already placed, since we still need to send you confirmations and tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes, which is generally several years. We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Email shopvioregrowth@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, the right to have it deleted, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching the email address or order details you give us against our records.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payment details are handled by Stripe rather than by us. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear. Please check back from time to time.
