Where we ship

Vioré ships within the United States only. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping rates

• $6.95 flat rate anywhere in the United States.
• Free once your merchandise subtotal reaches $50. The threshold is measured on the products in your bag, before tax and before shipping.

Your shipping charge and any sales tax are shown in full on the secure checkout page before you confirm payment.

Order processing

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Returns and exchanges

All Vioré sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. Email shopvioregrowth@gmail.com.

Payment

Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout page. Vioré never sees or stores your card details. Your receipt is emailed by Stripe as soon as the payment succeeds.
